Whenever you create a website that is likely to be opened in various parts of the world, on different web browsers or operating systems, and even on different kinds of devices (computers, mobile phones etc.), you need to pay extra attention while using fonts.There are only a few fonts which are displayed in the same manner in all kinds of these scenarios.

Today we are listing the fonts which look the same regardless of user’s browser, operating system and even device. These are called web safe fonts.

Tattoo is a modern art but it has groomed so much that it is easier to define its patterns and make fonts basing on them. So font makers did that.

These fonts do make awesome tattoo designs but of course, you can create any kind of design with them. Apart from logos, they look catchy so you can use them on billboard designs, print media designing and animated banners etc. but one thing you should keep in mind that these fonts can never carry a serious or business feel.

So don’t use them on corporate style designing. For everything else, there’s a tattoo font.

This a collection of the best fonts from the collections we have been posting here in last few years.

As our readers would know, we share collections of fonts on regular basis. All those collections, those posts are focused for one type of fonts, such as cursive fonts, heading fonts, logo design fonts etc., but today I have made a collection, or should I say selection from all those posts I made on Designzzz.

So this is not one particular type of fonts, you’ll find a mixed blend here but these are my favorites!

One thing I’m noticing in my collection is that all of these fonts are suitable for headings only, not main text or content of the design. They can do magic on logos and headings but probably not so suitable where a large amount of text comes. So they are the best fonts, but best only for headings.

Paint Brush Fonts for Creating Artistic Typographies

This is a very popular type of fonts. We often need a font that adds that innocent touch, that thing which takes the design out of typical digital theme and gives it the old style of hand made designs. A brush font does that brilliance.

Use these fonts only when you’re writing large, very large size text. I don’t think they’ll look as great on small sized newspaper ads etc. but they will surely look great on billboards or posters. So use them properly, you’ll make awesome designs

Cursive fonts is a type of handwritten fonts. The difference is that script fonts or hand written fonts just look as if they were written by a human hand, but cursive fonts have an added feature. They are designed with joined-up writing! You know, joined up writing the way we write (using our hands) in non-capital letters.

These fonts add an expression of innocence and human touch. This is a valuable feeling to add in almost any design.

Such fonts can make your designing tasks much less hectic. Always remember, design on the whole only looks good when the elements separately also look good. So choose the right fonts, they are probably the most important element in any design.

Dingbat fonts are alternatives to icon packs, but they are more customizable and can be made as large in size as wanted.

Wingdings and Webdings are just two popular names from this category of fonts. Technically they are called dingbat fonts.

Today I’m sharing a large collection of such fonts which will help you design creative icons, banners and all kinds of graphics.

Decorative fonts can create magic if they get used properly. Of course you can’t use them in content but they are pretty effective when used in bits and bytes.

You should not forget that these fonts sometimes don’t render that brilliantly with special characters double check if you have any special characters or colon, apostrophe and such punctuation marks.

This might be a down side on them but hey, they are great at other places.

Personally I feel they are great resource for graphic desginers and not that much for web designers.

Download 25 Excellent Sans Serif Fonts

Sans serif fonts are required in both graphic designing and desktop publishing.

There are two types of fonts being used in publishing sectors, serif and sans serif.

Sans-serif fonts have the same point size all over, while serif fonts’ size vary. For example, if you type “A” in Arial or Calibri font, it seems as if it was written using a routine marker, but if you type “A” in Times New Roman, it seems as if it was written with a calligraphic brush.

These fonts I’m sharing today are sans-serif fonts so they look pretty at writing large size headlines as well as the small point sized content.

Exclusive Collection of Dingbat Fonts

Dingbat, also called ding ding is the coolest a font can get. These fonts don’t write alphabet, instead they have vector shapes stored in them. The most common example of such fonts is Wingdings.

These fonts work as a shortcut to add vector shapes in desktop editing applications, and they are also a great resource for designers working in illustration making softwares.

These shapes are only used in small sizes, because they don’t have any detail work in them. So if you use them in large size, they’re not much eye-catching.

Sans Serif fonts are traditionally used for creating headings.
